RDL 295 3x5

Conditioning: 8x 240# sled push 100ft

-really feel like my strength has been stagnant lately, last rep on 390 felt incredibly heavy even after the first 2 felt smooth - may be time for an ego check and taking a big reset to focus on form and driving my numbers back up again
-conditioning was brutal in the heat but re-dedicaing myself to including it regularly in my workouts

Conditioing: 10x 100' sled push 240#, 1min rest between pushes

-pain in the right leg/hip flexor/IT band area today, especially at the heavier weights - going to focus on stretching and foam rolling it the next few days and see how it feels

-the reduced rest between sled pushes was brutal
