Conditioning: 40 min soccer game

Seated press 140# 2x5, 1x6
Squat 215x5, 260x5, 305x3, 345x3, 390x3
RDL 295 3x5
Conditioning: 8x 240# sled push 100ft
-really feel like my strength has been stagnant lately, last rep on 390 felt incredibly heavy even after the first 2 felt smooth - may be time for an ego check and taking a big reset to focus on form and driving my numbers back up again
-conditioning was brutal in the heat but re-dedicaing myself to including it regularly in my workouts
