I was mentally beat by the decline today. I had to work hard for my reps but there is no way I should have gotten my reps on the third set and not on the second. I'm feeling new muscles activating in my chest, Bicep and back. The ART has to be doing something for me. I felt a new burn on an interior area of my Bicep that wasn't there before. The squat was week today. I did have the runs right before I went to the gym so I think that can figure into the lack of performance. Climbing was good for the brief time I spent on it today. I finished a project I had been working on for a couple of sessions so that was productive. Last week when I climbed at the real climbing gym I did a great deal better than my first trip. I was able to finish at least 5-6 routes where the time I went before I was only able to complete one. I'm glad to see all this training is paying off somewhere.
