Had my consult with JP this afternoon! :D Got lots of good information and am looking forward to the journey!

Did a fasted walk this morning - 3.1 miles, 15 min/mile pace. Yeah, I'm a geek and like my numbers. :)

FM pushups and chins today. Tomorrow I'll hit the gym for deadlift and bench press.

Today I got started with my other two lifts.
Bench press (68 lb) - 2 X 5, 1 X 9
Deadlift (138 lb) - 2 X 5, 1 X 9

Did a 3.1 mile fasted walk this morning, FM pushups and chins. Also started VC1 with 3 sets of 5 burpees in 15 seconds. Finished with 2 sets of 5 G-rows with a 22 lb bar. Things are off to a good start!

Today's work:

FM pushups and chins
3 sets 8 burpees, all less than 24 seconds
2 sets 5 G-rows with 22 lb bar

Lifts:
Press (55 lb; I'll be doing 2 lb increments on upper body stuff per my consult) - 2 X 5, 1 X 9
Squat (98 lb) - 2 X 5, 1 X 10

Tuesday: First run since my half on my regular running/walking route. Felt good.

Wednesday:
3.1 mile fasted walk
FM pushups and chins
3 sets 10 burpess, all less than 30 seconds
Bench press (70 lb): 2 X 5, 1 X 11
Deadlift (143 lb): 1 X 9
Felt good about my lifts!

Today: Fasted run

Friday's work:
FM chins and pullups
Press (57 lb), 2 X 5, 1 X 9
Squat (103 lb), 2 X 5, 1 X 9
3 sets 12 burpees with 1 min rest between sets

Today:
Fasted walk, ~1 hour

I've been keeping up with my fasted walking and/or running each morning this week. Also doing some FM pushups and chins each day.

Monday:
Bench press (72 lb) 2 X 5, 1 X 11
Squat (108 lb) 2 X 5, 1 X 9
3 sets 15 burpees, 1 min rest

Wednesday:
Press (59 lb) 2 X 5, 1 X 8
Deadlift (148 lb) 1 X 9
3 sets 17 burpees, 1 min rest

Program is going good and I'm enjoying it. I've made some great progress on my freestanding handstands recently as well.

Back in the gym today after the long weekend.
Bench press (74 lb) 2 X 5, 1 X 10
Squat (113 lb) 2 X 5, 1 X 9 - This will be at body weight in two more sessions! :)
3 sets 21 burpees, 1 min rest between sets, all less than 1 min
