*After I hurt my back this was a strange week, did not a thing on Tuesday, a 30 min fasted walk and 2 chins on Wednesday, nothing on Thursday, I cut back my carb intake a little to compensate for the lack of activity, I just cut carbs from my 6ish meal*

*Also had a ton of family in town all weekend, St Pats is big in my family so celebrations went Fri-Sun and diet went out the window as a result*

Friday Mar-16-12

*massage in the morning, first time I've ever had one and it was the most painful thing I've ever experienced, but I am feeling much better, he suggested tightness in my hips might be contributing to my back pain*
Fasted Walk - 60 min
FM Chins - 2x3
FM Pushups - 20x3
FM Disclocates - 40x2
Press - 152x5,5,10 *easing my back into it*
Neck Harness - 55x17x4
BW - 255.8 *not sure how I lost weight this week with almost zero activity, hope my legs arent starting to atrophy from not squatting in forever*

Saturday Mar-17-12

Fasted Walk - 90 min
FM Chins - 2x5
FM Pushups - 20x5
FM Dislocates - 40x2

Sunday Mar-19-12

FM Chins - 2x5
FM Pushups - 20x5
FM Dislocates - 40x3

Monday Mar-19-12

Fasted Walk - 60 min
FM Shoulder Dislocates - 40x5
FM Chins - 2x5
FM Pushups - 20x5
Bench - 250x5,5,6 *will slow the jumps down now to 2lbs and 3lbs, minor shoulder pain on first set*
*Neck Harness - 55x19x4

*brother sick so did dumbell workout at home, I was just experimenting with the weights and took it easy in terms of weight on some to avoid risk to my back, but went to failure on all the final sets*
DB Bench - 70x8, 90x8
DB Inc Bench - 50x10, 70x12
DB Press - 40x10, 60x10
DB Lateral Raises - 20x10, 30x9
DB Front Raises - 20x10, 30x10
Seated DB Hammer Curls - 40x10, 50x6
DB Rows - 70x10x2

*had a terrible day, started with a blister on my foot cutting my walk short and just felt miserable all day

*had IMS in the AM, was pretty stiff so just walked after work and no FM stuff

*training Thurs and Sat this week, still stiff from IMS
