Monday Feb-06-12

Physio this morning, been given the green light to do everything but bench and curl. I don't think she knows what shes talking about but I may play a long a little longer. We'll see how it feels to press. My brother is away snowboarding so no training with him tonight, I'll do some stuff on my own.

Fasted Walk - 50 min
Burpees - 7x3
Interval Runs - 3 min x4 @ 5.9
Dumbell rows - 25x10x2
Shoulder Dislocates - 20x5
FM Chins - 1x6
FM Pushups - 10x6

Wednesday Feb-08-12

First time pressing or neck harness or KB in two weeks.

Fasted Walk - slept through my alarm so did the JP "Fat kid pacing like a sweaty psycho through the store" for an hour at work
Burpees - 9x3
Dumbell rows - 30x10x2
Shoulder Dislocates - 20x6
FM Chins - 1x6
FM Pushups - 10x6
Press - 180x5,5,7
Squat - 420x5x3
Neck Harness 50x20x3, 50x12
KB Swings 20x4

Friday Feb-10-12

FM Shoulder Dislocates - 20x5
Barbell Row - 125x10x2
Deadlift - 490x2
*pulled the third rep 6 inches off the floor and something twinged in my back, spent the rest of the night rolling on the floor*

Saturday Feb-11-12

Fasted Walk - 50 min
*back still really bad, not sure if its really low back or really high hamstring, but cant bend over*

Sunday Feb-12-12

*spent the day lying on a heating pad*

Monday Feb-13-12

Fasted Walk - 55 min
FM Chins - 1x7
FM Pushups - 12x7
FM Shoulder Dislocates - 25x7
Press - 182x5x3
Interval Runs - 3 min x 4 @ 6.1
Dumbell Rows - 37.5x10x2
*back still sore, not too bad for pressing till the 6th rep on set 3 and only got halfway when it started to get loose, could not even bodyweight squat*

Fasted Walk - 55 min
Dumbell rows - 45x10x2
FM Shoulder Dislocates - 25x6
FM Chins - 1x6
FM Pushups - 12x6
Bench - 207x5x2, 225x8
Deadlift - 440x1
Neck Harness - 55x21x4
Interval Runs - 3 min x 4 @ 6.2
Burpees - 10x3
*first time benching in three weeks, took it really slow and easy, shoulder was sore but not painful
*back still sore, worked up slowly to 440x1, thats where I'll start with a deload next deadlift day
*didnt get all my FM stuff in because I worked late, was able to burpee though
*leave tomorrow for a week on vacation, will try to keep up with what I can, we'll see

Squat - 380x1
Interval Runs - 3 min x 4 @ 6.3
Burpees - 10x3
*back from vacation, did some walking and push-ups but ate terribly and drank a lot
*back still sore somehow, worked up slowly to 380x1 for squat, thats where I'll start with a deload on Monday

Deadlift - *worst deadlift ever*
Neck Harness - 55x17x4
*Back didnt hurt but I was just pathetically weak and couldnt pull 440, and then couldnt pull 405. I dont know whats wrong or what to do next*
*I also suck at bench pressing, nothing feels comfortable*
*Down to 264.4, thats over 30 pounds since I started this in October*
