Havent been here in a while. I'll start updating this again.
Today was deadlift day, and it felt pretty good. My top set was 340 for 3+, did it for 5. Might have been able to get 6, but I wanted to leave a little in the tank for power cleans and conditioning.
Speaking of which, I'm finally committing to improving my conditioning. Started off with the 200 KB swings, but had to halve the number, since my conditioning is total crap at the moment. I'll probably keep to that particular workout for a couple weeks til I improve at it.
