Havent been here in a while. I'll start updating this again.

Today was deadlift day, and it felt pretty good. My top set was 340 for 3+, did it for 5. Might have been able to get 6, but I wanted to leave a little in the tank for power cleans and conditioning.

Speaking of which, I'm finally committing to improving my conditioning. Started off with the 200 KB swings, but had to halve the number, since my conditioning is total crap at the moment. I'll probably keep to that particular workout for a couple weeks til I improve at it.

Killed it today.

Military Press:

140x3
150x3
160x6

Had to deload as I was stalling out in the 180s, and I've dropped the thumbless grip. It definitely makes the movement a little easier, but seems a bit dangerous.

Weighted chins:

BW+35x2x8

Weighted dips:

BW+55x2x8

Lateral raises:

35x3x12

BW chins throughout. Got a wild hair up my ass to go for max reps at the end of the workout, got 17. Pretty good considering what I'd already done.

Neck harness 5x35

Speaking of which, necks on my t-shirts are beginning to fit awkwardly. I'm stoked.

335x1

Good morning

Deload week now, probably no need to post numbers. Definitely stoked for a reset. Probably why I've been feeling so beat down lately.

Squat:

270x3
285x3
300x8

I've let my hip mobility go to hell, so that's been making the squat more difficult than it should be.

Good mornings: 135x3x8
Neck harness: 40x4x50

13 down kettlebell/burpee ladder
