New Goals - Make my powerlifting meet numbers when I weight 150 (147 meet weigh in), but now at my current weight 135 (132 would have to weigh in). I have worked real hard and I love the way I look - and it is all natural.
Monday - Drop Set Squat and Rest/Pause Press Wednesday - 2 Mile Run and then shopping for my birthday Thursday - Zumba (1 hour) and then some Brazialian Cigars Friday - Nahda - just some peanut M&M's Tomorrow - Will find time to train. Bikini Time in T- 5 days. Looking Good!
