I am not able to do a pull up yet and this will help. V handle is the tricep push down bar correct? "One set of 6-8 then one set of 10-12" for work sets like "flex" said? And this is every work day, I do SS three days a week.

For the curls and chins, should you do them every time the respective pressing movement is scheduled, or only when the pressing movement coincides with the days you listed? Wow that is an awfully worded question.

So for curls you list them on Mon/Fri but also note only on bench days. Does that mean only do them when bench days fall on M/F? By the way, I am an analyst (not an analist) for a living so I tend to way overthink all this stuff.

@ Jakeman,

I don't believe you want to use the V-bar that you use for triceps that looks like this Image

I believe you want to use the v-bar that looks like this. Image

I hope these pictures showed up correctly. I am not good with that kinda stuff.

Those machines are ok, but nothing beats the harness.

I like the Spud Inc. one the best. You can buy it on elitefts.com

Could you also elaborate on the neck harness exercises? How the exercise is done and what apparatus you prefer?

I have people start with a weight they can do 4 x 25 with. We never do less than 100 reps in a day. We add weight or reps each time. It's pretty straight forward, and as along as you're adding weight and or reps and doing no less than 100 a day, you're not doing it wrong.

I probably could have written that clearer, the curls are done on benching days regardless of what day of the week, likewise with the weighted chins/pressing days.

if you don't have a neck harness you could do another exercise like neck bridges instead, no?

Yeah, of course, but I would save a few bucks and buy the harness as soon as possible.
