First post here. I found my way back through the article that JP wrote for us guys north of 35 years old. Been training along time now and working on my 41st year. I lift 2x per week, train Judo/BJJ 2x per week, and lots of walking and riding the Airdyne. I may not move as fast as I used to be able to, but I am just as strong if not stronger pound for pound. I can roll with guys that could be my children but I have to avoid scrambles with them. I just slow down and put the grinding pressure on them.

Anyway, looks like the people on here train pretty close to the same way I do and look forward to joining in.
