Shoot for two sets of 6-8 reps on the pulldowns.

Add weight when you're deep in the rep range for both sets (hitting 8's).

So I decided to stick with just the Base Program. Is it okay to add accessories occasionally? The reason I ask is I work out in the AM before work and sometimes I am pressed for time.

No problem at all, just so long as you treat any additional work with the respect it deserves, and train it as hard as your main lifts.

So I did my first workout

Press 55x5, 55x5, 55x 13
Squat 165x5 165x5 165x 9
Parallel knee raise Bodyweight - 2sets x 12 reps

First of let me say. I love this program. Thank you for making it.
I am 264 lbs with a goal to get down more. I was originally 307lbs.
If I want to run this program for fat loss will this basic set up (base program with abs) be effective? Or should I add accessories. Also is it ok to do the burpee challenge on off days?

Glad you're enjoying the program, and congratulations on the progress you've made so far.

The burpee challenge would be perfect for your situation. I'd also recommend adding in some walking/rucking, and making sure that your diet was looking good. Do those things and the fat will fall off.

Thanks. I will start doing the burpee challenge on my days off from lifting.

Quick question.

I did the first week base program 3 days a week , m w f, this week I can only go to the gym 2 days a week this week.

My first week went like this

Press /squat

Bench/ dead lift

Press squat

This week so far

Bench / squat
And then should I do press/ deadlift?

And after this week if I can return to 3 days a week what would that look like?

Yes, press/DL would be the best move for the second session.

When you go back to three days, just pick up where you left off. It won't matter terribly.

How do you feel about greyskull two days a week? My main goal is weight loss. I like to lift Tuesday Thursday, and the other days I either walk or mountain bike , I may even start butler challenge. The weather is gett so nice, so I rather be out side. Will I still see progress?
