I apologize if this has been covered. I am 45 year old Navy veteran that loves GSLP. I have recently gotten back into BJJ and was wondering if you feel that I can do both at the same time or should I make adjustments to the plan like just two days a week or cutting out the supplemental work on non lifting days. I realize everyone will react in different ways, just wondering what everone's past experiences are. Thank you.

Given your age I'd suggest twice per week for the GSLP with the BJJ.

...On the other hand, since you're a sailor, you might be able to lift mountains and still choke a mofo out.
