JP, are you as big a fan of stretching as Dante?
Do you find that it induces hypertrophy?
Also do you use stretching much for mobility?

loving that, cheers. My form still sucks arse on these but its getting better. Can definitely see the pump when doing yates rows then pull ups afterwards. Killer.

There is a slim chance that we will see a 2011 release still, but more likely it will be early 2012. I am excited for this one too.

The Second installment in the "12 Weeks at Greyskull" series will be a Powerbuilding product. It will be a day by day look at a Powerbuilding program as if you were being trained by me at my gym.

There will be further volumes being released as well.

These will be the best way to get a look at the information at this point. There will more than likely still be a product released eventually that is more of a powerbuilding encyclopedia, but there are no solid plans for a release yet as I am tied up with the 12 weeks series and Blueprint to Beast which we are anticipating a September/October release date for.
