Frequency Chin ups on lifting days...

Villains.

If doing frequency chins - when do you do them on the days you lift?

On off days, I presume you all follow the guidelines in the book - spreading them out (thinly) throughout the day. But on lifting days, how does one do them without affecting the lifts (or having the lifts hurt the chins)?

I prefer ladders for chins done in the morning, lunch and as a plug in.

I’m ashamed to admit I can’t do ladders (yet) - I’m FatFucked and can only muster a few good chins, so I do singles as much as possible through out the day.

When do you plug these in? After the main upper body lift?
