Wooden Ships and Washboards......haven't heard that in a long, long time. Everything is an act. Everything is for show. People have lied to themselves for so long, they believe their own lies. You are exactky correct....just be who you are. Its ok to stand alone....but by gosh stand

Friday- squats- 135x5 315x5 405x2 495x2 545x1, left

Then went home, got my best friend Bas and went to the hill. Did 10 hills, went to the Manor(awesome South Jersey Bar and Grill), worked on my book, had a couple of beers, took Bas out and played fetch with my buddy James assisting. He gets an allowance- 1 dollar a week- for helping me train Bas.

Check out the website, buy some shirts, raise hell.
Got some new shirt ideas, pretty badass

Monday- 10 hills in the morning, 10 in the evening with Bas. He was freaking exhausted..He will be 8 in August, so he has done lots of running over the years.

Tuesday- conventional deads 225x5 315x5 405x5 515 3x5 . Then stripped it down to 315 and did sumo deads- 315x5 405x5 460x5 510x5. Sumo's felt great, very natural. I knew after all the running that the bar would move a little slower, and it did, but it was fine,

Just keep training man, no matter what.Stuff sucks? So what. Train.

All kind of stuff changes all of the time. But if you can keep that training constant, you are always better off.

took a 2 hour break, then did standing behind the necks 135x5 155x5 175x5 195x2 225x2
