Pullups 14-10-8-8-8
4 Min Tabata row, immediately followed by 1K row (3:54)
-The groove is pretty well greased at this point, as far as pullups go. Not a single difficult rep in there today - will progress to whatever the next week is on the recon ron program.
-I taped up the TRX A-frame at our gym with some tennis racket grip tape, so now I have much easier access to a bar throughout the day (previously there was not a single pullup bar in the gym that I liked)
-Rowing felt good. I am probably extremely inefficient on this movement, but as far as priorities go, fixing my C2 form not really up there right now.
-On a hot-as-fuck-day in between two lifting days after moving all weekend, this was the perfect workout.
-Speaking of priorities, the OHS project marches on. Made some really nice progress last week, and even hit 95# for 1 solid rep (out of a set of 5). Still need to work on mobility: ankle, hip, and t-spine, as well as technique.
