Site looks good though!

Keep an eye out on the 19th, thats when the new program cycle starts, I think youll like this one better.

Its focusing on my new lifters at the gym, lower volume but still enough to make it look like you lift and help push your other lifts up, then its just going to be the big lifts driving strength up.

Yeah its going to be cool,

You just need to find a program you can do and go balls deep in it for a good year.

If i was to start my whole training career again I would of just done greyskull LP from the start for a solid year.

Build your base.

squat 2 x 5 1 x 10 230lb
Bench 2 x 4 1 x 10 200lb
DB overhead extension 3 x 6 100lb
DB bench 3 x 7 80lb
DB flys 3 x 7 35lb

Been super tired the past few days, so its way nice to have a weight deload.

Still sitting around 173-175 bodyweight, I'm not to worried I'm not gaining weight as long as the reps and weights keep going up.

Going to start adding more boxing into training.
