First 20 mins learning basics of boxing with the coach we have at our gym.

Squat 2 x 5 1 x 7

Then I had some paper work to finish for the gym.

Doubt I'm going to train today, have a bunch of errands to run before my trip Friday.

I like sumo better, I've had problems with my back after playing hockey as a kid for so long; I find its more comfortable.

I'm thinking of switching Thursdays sumo days for Power snatch / snatch instead, then power clean / clean on Sundays.

My thoughts;

Our oly team has great deads without pulling at all; plus I could use the extra stretch the snatch gives at the bottom for my hips (I hardly stretch at all and when I do its more lay on a foam roller and nap), also started doing some boxing so I could use the power to KO some kids, I also train everyday so it might give my nervous system a break.
