First day back to training in about six weeks, I've been working at opening a new gym.

Nothing crazy super low volume more just getting the body

Also fixing up my diet this week

3x10
A1 bench press
A2 pull ups

3x6 - 8
Lat pull down
Dumbbell floor press

3x12 - 15
Dimbbell curl
Tricep push down

Squat 3x3

Day two back in the gym.

Super sore from the past few days of training

Just finished the front office in the new unit the week got a quick workout in.

Lat pulldown 3 x 10 - 20

Low row 3 x 10 - 20

Seated face pulls 3 x 10 - 20

Seated lateral raises 3 x 10 - 20

Dumbbell hammer curl 3 x 10 - 20

Preacher curl 3 x 10 - 20

5 rounds
10 kettle bell swings
10 burpees

More work in the new gym, should be up and running fully in three weeks.

Also booked a trip out to Philly for July 17 till the 21st then off to Atlantic city for a few days

First time doing something in the past few weeks; the new gym is almost done. Maybe another two weeks and I can get back to some real training.

Last nights training

Snatch 180lb three sets of one

Snatch grip deadlift 275 x 2

20 cal assault bike
30 KB swings
40 push ups
50 double unders
40 sit ups
30 pullups
20 cals on the assault bike

Snatch felt good after not doing it for about a year, the metcon sucked after not training for 10 weeks I have zero gas and the assault bike is a real gut check.


Not going to train tonight, we get the flooring in for the new gym. Also picked up a pretty legit boxing ring this weekend.

After training Monday I caught a pretty bad cold, its put me out the past few days.

Last nights workout was building boxes for the new gym, tonight's will be building a base for our boxing ring and building our GHD.
