Shoulder Dislocates 50

Today:
Gym work:
Push Press 60kg 7-6
Deads 120kg 8-6
'Ab coaster' instead of sit ups 4x20 in several angles.

Home work:
Chins 15
Push Ups 80
Burpees 30

135 minutes

Reached year goals!

1000lb is not going to happen this year I'm afraid, however I've met my year goals.

140kgx5 on squat
100kgx5 on bench
60kgx5 on press

bonus was a new 1rm on squat of 170kg

exactly a year ago I was capable of the following:

Results:
Push Press 50kg 5-5-8
Squat 90kg 5-5-9

Bench 68,75kg 5-5-8
Deads 120kg 7-5

Bench 70kg 5-5-12
Squat 92,5kg 5-5-9

This while not even being halfway consistent.. but not to shabby regardless, I'm happy!

Friday 12 dec 2015:
Bench 100kgx5, 80kgx9
EZ Curls 60lb 17RP
Squat 140kgx5
