Conditioning

Picked up an empty keg tonight. Will probably fill it with water at some point but didn't have time tonight and just wanted to get a quick session in. Empty weight is only about 30lbs.

2 min of keg power cleans

3 rounds of Obardian:
1-arm keg swings x 10
20 mountain climbers
1-arm keg swings x 10
6 squat jumps
plank x 30 sec

Conditioning

Quick one tonight. Drama filled day so I was lucky to even get this in. Modified it slightly from its original manifestation.

25 push ups
15 pull ups
10 burpees
15 jumps
10 hanging leg raises
25 squats

Would've liked to have done it two or thee times. Lactic acid was majorly building up in my quads from jumping during the burpees then the actual jumps and then the squats. This might be a good one to include every week as a warm up, regardless of what else I end up doing.

Bench/Squat:

Bench:
225x5,5,8

BB Curl:
87.5x10,9

Squat:
365x5,5,10

Note to self: stop wearing sleeveless shirts on squat days; the bar wants to slide down the exposed sweaty parts of my back.

Bench/Squat

Bench:
227.5x5,5,8

Machine Preacher Curl:
70x12,12

Squat:
370x5,5,9

Video to come. Squats were a tad high but not too bad. My overhead press is ugly though. I don't stay strict with them anyway but I need major help on my form/technique.

Conditioning

Nornally when I do burpees I do a pushup, but since my elbows are hurting this week I just did a traditional burpee.

Burpee for 5 min AMRAP

Got 60. Goal is to get 100. It's not the cardio part of if that's so tough as it is the lactic acid in the quads from jumping. Next weekend wil be farmers walks and keg throws.
