Have big plans for my life and this is just the beginning.

17th April

30min fasted cardio
5x10 push ups
6x2 chins

Meal 1:
1 scoop whey in water
Coffee
1/2c oats
200g natural yoghurt
1/2c blueberries

Meal 2:
1L salad (spinach leaves,tomato,1/2c 4 bean mix, feta and corn)
185g can tuna in olive oil

Meal 3:
Portion meatloaf
3 pieces vegemite toast

Meal 4:
Portions of Spag Bol

Meal 4: (went a bit overboard was special occaision and i was starving)
BBq chicken
Lasagne
Piece mud cake

Meal 1:

3 pieces multigran toast with vegemite

Meal 2:

185g can tuna in olive oil

Meal 3:
Portion meatloaf

Meal 4:
2 Homemade hamburgers

Coffee

Meal 2:
1L salad (spinach leaves,tomato,1/2c 4 bean mix, feta and corn)
185g can tuna in olive oil

KFC

Starting to really question my squats. It felt heavy as fuck and only 50kg for fuck sakes!!! I've got no idea why this is happening and pisses me off quite a bit. I think I'm just never going to be a squatter and really have no need for it. Might have to stop worrying about it and switch to leg press.
