Thought it might be fun to post my planned three weeks of the Russian Bear. Here is the first workout that I did on 10/15/12.

Monday's Workout was Deads in the AM. 370x5 335x5 and 300 7x5. My left arm didnt like this very much but we made it. Bench Press in the PM. 210x5 190x5 and 170 for 10x5 supersetted with chins 10x5. The bench felt good without the normal pain in my shoulder that I usually get. My upper back is very sore- I am enjoying the volume.

370x5. 335x5. 300x6. Killer with such a short rest. (20-30 second on the last 6 sets)

Afternoon- Bench
210x5 190x5 and 170 12x5 Super Set
with Chins 12x5.

I feel a little beat down. Not bad though.

I did two bear work outs last week and have one coming up this wednesday. I felt stiff all weekend but felt pretty good today (monday). I am going to take it easy until wednesday's torture session.

AM Squat 235 3x10. Last two without belt.
PM Seated DB Press 55's 3x10 and BO Row 3x10.

Ready to go home and eat.
