Felt stiff all day and thought about skipping the bear today (rare for me to skip). Glad I didn't because I had a great workout.

AM Deads 370x5 335x5 and 300 8x5.

PM Bench 225x5 202x5 and then 180 10x5 SS with Chins 10x5.

My work capacity has increased.

Ran the Bear- Added Weight.

AM Deads 370x5, 340x5 and 305 5x5. Felt stronger but got tired quicker.

PM Bench 235x5, 205x5 and 185 5x5 Super Set with chins 5x5.

Feel ok.

AM. Squat 235x15.
PM. BN Press Triples. DB Row 3x12 with a 70.
