I think the bar was uneven. The bars at my school have no center knurling, so unracking it evenly isnt always guaranteed.

I was pretty worn out from squats, so I left it at this.

Weighted situps:

BW+17.5 1x10, 2x8

Did this with the weight behind my head, as Wendler recommends.

Glad to have the weighted dips back in. CG bench was good for getting a pump, but my bench numbers have dropped a bit since I started doing it. The reason the dips gave me shoulder pain initially was simply because I was using too wide of a grip.
