First day of practice. Today was basically to assess how in shape/out of shape everyone was. Basically just some abs, pushups, burpees, and some plyometrics. Left me a little out of breath as there were really no rests, but it wasn't too bad.
This felt really good for some reason. I just realized 285 was actually in 5rm territory about a year ago, and it felt super easy today even with no chalk.
