Pie and a hotdog. haha. From what I've read on here, I get the impression that you can get away with junk post-workout though.
Baked salmon and steamed broccoli
Not sure if this is quite 300g of protein, but I will most definitely hit that number tomorrow, as I'll be hitting my favorite Asian buffet, which has an above average buffet line, and a hibachi and a sushi bar.
