New here, so I figure I'll start up a log. I do 5/3/1 4 days a week with the conditioning from Johnny Pain's book 2-3 times a week. I'm on vacation now, so I wont really be posting anything here until Monday.
My maxes for this upcoming cycle will be:
Squat: 335 (actual max around 405)
Bench: 260 (actual max around 290 or 300)
Deadlift: 360 (actual max in low 400's)
Military press: 185 (actual max around 200)
I'm 5'8 and 197.
