Wife and I got the flu-though gladly my son didn't. Missed some days just keeping it all in motion.

Walked on treadmill for 30 minutes, little less than 2 miles.
Neutral chins 10-9, felt discomfort in side so cut it there.
Working to add more days at the gym and a cardio layer gradually.
