Incline bench: 45x10, 95x5, 130x5x2, x10 - rep PR
Deadlift: 135x3, 225x2, 320x5
Saturday afternoon. Good mobility work but no row.
Incline bench: 45x10, 95x5, 132.5x5x2, x10 - rep PR
Front squat: 45x5, 95x3, 150x5x2, x10 - rep PR
V-handle pulldowns: 12.5x6, 11.5x8
GHR (hands across chest): BWx5x3 - moving these back into the rotation to work the hams more as I focus on front squatting for a few weeks.
