Friday afternoon. No row but a little mobility work beforehand.

Incline bench: 45x10, 95x4, 135x5x2, x10

Front squat: 45x5, 105x3, 160x5x2, x9 - rep PR

No other work done. In and out of the gym in 32 minutes flat.

Tuesday afternoon. No real mobility work or warmup. I missed yesterday because I went camping Sat-Mon with my son and was dog-tired when I got home yesterday afternoon.

Saturday afternoon. A little bit of lacrosse ball on the feet and a warm-up 500m row in 1:56.

V-handle pulldowns: 12x8, 11x10

Monday afternoon. Foam roller and lacrosse ball before hitting the gym. Rowed 500m in 1:57 with descending splits.

Didn't make it to the gym today, but did do 3 sets of 10 burpees this morning. 30 seconds work followed by 30 seconds rest.

Thursday evening. Limited time available, so I just rowed a 500m in 1:50 with descending splits, followed by a brief pressing session. I plan to make up the deadlifts on Saturday.

Also did my 3 sets of 10 burpees Friday morning.

Tuesday. Row 1:57. Front squat 185x5x2, x7 - rep PR

3x10 burpees Monday and today (Wednesday). 1x10 Sunday and none Tuesday.
