Returning to Villainy

I've done some silly shit over the years and it's time to become a villainous mother fucker. Project Bane in effect.
Fuck it, I'll admit, I'm not as strong as I was before and even then I was weak. Just time to plan, execute and accomplish now.

Long Term Plan- Become Bane
Execution-
8 weeks- GSLP The Return (establish Habbits andget back technique)
12 weeks- Ripped To Shreds or LCI (still debating which approach to choose- I'll take feedback if any one is still out there reading this)
12 weeks- Mastadon or GSLP Variant

There goes over 6 months of training ready to go.

This is my current GSLP Variant (The Return)

Session A:
Bench/Press 2x5, 1x5+
Squat 2x5, 1x5+

Session B:

Ladder+ FM Chins
VCC 1 every day

Good luck to you man! I like your plan. Stick to it with good nutrition, and you will get there.

I haven't looked at the LCI vs Ripped to Shreds in a while, but I think either would serve you well. If you keep up with daily VC 1 and nutrition though, after 8 weeks you should see great progress. I hope to keep up with your posts and watch your progress!

Thanks man!

Previously I had a fucked mindset when it game to the Greyskull ways. "It's not enough work" or "It's not scientific". Fuck that, I don't know why it took so long to figure out, I own this mother fucker and its up to me to implement and execute. There's as much work as I want to implement. Fasted Cardio, FM work, Jiu Jitsu training are always on deck! I'm also super inspired to conquer some Villain Challenges and will purchase that book shortly.

Regarding VC 1- Currently I started real low, like 5 burpees in a single session and worked it up. Now I'm at the "beginning standard" at 10 Burpees/30 seconds, with 5 min rests and working on getting those times down. I'll keep my progress up to date.
