Walking - am fasted ~35 minutes

Running - pm moderate pace ~ 20 minutes. Easier than Tuesday.

I've been in a cottage in the middle of nowhere for the past week, so have been offline. I've been taking it easy, just a few short runs to keep things ticking over...

AM RUN ~20 minutes

HILL SPRINTS - 6 runs

25 burpees
