Considering moving forums this morning. Nothibg against you guys, youre all great, it is just a bit in here.

I like that other forums are on tapatalk too, makes posting a bit easier.

I see a lot of people have moved forums in the past two years, and a lot of the 'old school' guys here have moved to bases like crossfit football.

Yeah been looking at maybe joining the ss forums. GSLP seems to be like marmite over there, some supporters, some haters. Either way, a much bigger community for support/motivation!

However, more chance of dickheads and trolls...

Press 46.25kg (8) - 5 5 6
Deadlift 125kg (7) - 7
Chins (13)

Press felt very heavy today. I sucked. Not very hopeful for deads now..

Still not so sure about this upper body pressing first...

Deadlifts feel heavy too. Maybe I'm tired? Not great form on those 7 reps.

Didnt bother with chins. Rest is obviously needed.

So apparently theres now an app for greyskull!

Felt tired today, and to be honest still weak! Think my leg strength suffered today from walking up and down a big ass hill with a heavy wheelbarrow-full today.

Also dehydrated.

Bench 60kg - 5 5 12
Curls 20kg - 10 10
Squat 100kg - 5 5 7

Unloaded italian lorry today (big ass trees, took 5 hours!) So a bit tired. Also have a head cold and feel like my heads going to explode/migraine. So not a great start!

Oh and got wraps on elbows because of tendonitis flare up, joys.

Press 45kg (7) - 5 5 8
Chins (13) - 9 7
Deadlift 120kg (7) - 7

So my log will just be continuing on the SV forum. Hope some other greyskullers join soon as it's awfully lonely there!

So big changes since the last time I posted here.

Quit lifting.
Started lifting.
Had a kid!
Quit lifting. Lots of bodyweight stuff.
Just started lifting again.

Lifts are now back up to 5rm:

Squat 120kg
Bench 65kg
Dead1 115kg
Bodyweight 84kg

Pathetic I know but it's a start.

I'm also no longer a labourer but instead a landscaper. So I'll probably start a new log somewhen.
