Tuesday 31/05/2016
So I moved to a different gym closer to my new flat and I didn't have a good day at all :(
Neutral Grip Pullups 3 (I could't find a nice straight chin up bar all they have is those weird separated bars with all too wide a grip for my liking)
Pendlay Rows 67.5kg 5,5,7
Bench 85kg 5,5,6
Squat 125kg 4 ... I just felt weak :( going to have a small reset on the squat going back to 120kg, and hopefully I can still progress as I hoped considering the rep PRs that I achieved earlier
Incline Curls 12kg 12,8
Facepulls I keep changing machines for the last few days and all have different difficulty even at the same listed weight so I don't see a point listing the weight here

Hammer Curls 14kg (12,10) (8,8)

Pendlay Rows 67.5kg forgot to add the smaller plates doh
Bench 86.25 5,5,6
Deadlift 135kg 7
Free Weight Calf Raises 160kg 12 ... feel awkward doing these I am going to try an alternative for now maybe single leg macine calf press
FacePulls 13.75kg 12,12,12
