Squat 112.5 5,5,10 ( I decided to reset since the squats got too grindy and squat-morningy )

Wednesday - 11/05/2016 missed a couple of sessions because I have had a lot of exams this week
Chins 3
Supinated Pulldowns 66kg: 5,5,8
OHP 56.25kg 5,5,5 was a real grinder at the last rep my quad cramped up of all things
Deadlift 125kg 9
Calf Press Machine 138.5 kg 15,10,8 -- smith machine was in use
Hammer Curl 12kg (12,12) (12,12) just because I missed a session I added this in finally going to move onto the 14kg weights

Supinated Pull downs 59kg: 5,5,10 (I lowered the weight again because i was still not happy with my ROM, seems that my issue with all pulling exercises seems to be the last few inches and getting the bar to touch my chest)
OHP 50kg 5,5,8
Deadlift 127.5kg 8
Smith Machine Calf Raises 130kg 12,12,10 ( I don't know what the bar weighs on a smith machine so I don't count it)

I just moved to a new flat(apartment) and forgot my bloody weightlifting shoes so I didn't want to push myself on the squats so I decided to have a "fun bro day" and use the machines
I am glad just from squatting I can max out the leg press and leg extension machine weight at my gym for multiple quick reps
