Keep up the good work!

Your chin-ups will definitely get better, soon!
Just make sure you don't skip them - I remember my struggles when I was barely able to get close to 5 reps.
Otherwise you could try the Frequency or Ladder Method, described in GSLP

Thanks :) I admit to being a bit overweight (190 pounds at 5foot7), but being able to deadlift up to 150kg but struggling to do 5 chin ups annoys me :(

Deadlift 120kg 10 (just did reset could only get 3 reps earlier)
Calf Press 138.5kg 12,12,12 (well that is the calf press machine at my gym maxed out going to start dong smith machine standing calf raises from now on)

Squat 120kg 5,5,5 I had more in me but the bar placement was weird on the final set and I felt off balance at least I got the minimum

Pendlay Rows 60kg 5,5,8 So
Bench 86.25kg 5,5,4 -- I am going to retry at this weight because I adjusted my bench incorrectly on the last set and kept hitting the hooks
Deadlift 122.5kg 8
Smith Machine Calf Raises 120kg 12,12

Squats 125kg 5,5,5 (it is weird how when I get to only doing the minimum amount of reps on the last set I can stick with the weight increments for many sessions)
