Starting this new program:
Friday:
Bench/Press 2x5,1x5+
Squat 2x5,1x5+
VbarPulldown 2x6-8
Incline Curl 2x10-12
Sunday:
Bench/Press 2x5,1x5+
Deadlift 1x5+
Chin Up Negatives 3 sets
Seated Calf Press 3x8-12
Tuesday:
Bench/Press ...
Squat ...
VBarPullDown ...
Hammer Curl 2x10-12

I am planning to start with:
Bench - 77.5kg
Press - 45kg
Squat - 115kg
Deadlift - 135kg

Will post my Sunday workout tomorrow :)

Wednesday - 30/03/2016 (Didn't go on Tuesday since my lovely GF booked me in for a massage that day)
Bench 77.5kg 5,5,7
Squat 115kg 5 only
Supinated Grip PullDown 52kg 8,8 (Turns out my gym doesn't have the VBAR or some guy hid it somewhere)
Hammer Curl 8kg 12,12

After the first set squatting I decided to stop because my form was breaking down too much,
I just started narrowing in my squat stance and it feels a lot more comfortable and I can reach depth easier, yet
it is still harder :( going to reset as a chance to get use to the form anyways.

Tuesday - 05/04/2016
I tried supersetting my OHP with my pulldowns today as well as my curls with my squats to save wasted time.

OHP 47.5g 5,5,7
Supinated Pulldowns 66kg 8,8
Squat 105kg 5,5,10
Hammer Curl 10kg (12,12) (12,12) Having done the pulldowns earlier in the session really made this easier.

Sunday 10/04/2016

I swapped chin up negatives for chin ups today. I still struggle to clear my chin completely over the bar, hopefully that will rectify itself after a while) From now on I will do chin ups at the beginning of each session instead of the pulldowns and negatives.

Chin Ups - 3,3,2 (Still not happy with my ROM so once I can do 3 sets of 3 I will try work with that whilst increasing my ROM)
