First greyskull workout today, felt great !!
Safe I'll be doubling the weight increment on these

Flat bench 5,5,5+ 62kg 5,5,12
Yates rows 5,5,5+ 42kg 5,5,14
Squats 5,5,5+ 65kg 5,5,12

Standing alternating dumbell curls 12kg 15,15

PR on dips

Overhead press 5,5,5+ 25kg 5,5,12
Chins 5,5,5+ BW 5,5,7
Deadlifts 5+ 105kg 5,5,8
Weighted dips 2 x 6-8 BW+2.5kg 8,8

Flat bench 5,5,5+ 65kg 5,5,11
Yates rows 5,5,5+ 45kg 5,5,14
Squats 5,5,5+ 70kg 5,5,12
Standing alternating dumbell curls 14kg 15,11

Another good workout, hit high reps in all last sets for the big lifts so get to double increase weight added again.

Couple of good sessions this week, hurt my lower back on last set of squats so had to miss deadlifts today

Did some static holds at the end for grip work

Had to reset on chins but all going great.
