Wednesday January 13, 2016
Chin up Ladders - 1,2,3 (reps)
- 1,2,3 (reps)
Push Up Ladders - 5,10,9 (reps) TOO MUCH
- 5,6,7 (reps) HARD

Friday January 15, 2016
Bench Press - 135 lbs x 5, 135 lbs x 5, 135 lbs x 9
Deadlift - 155 lbs x 10
Chin Ups - BW x 6, BW x 6

Sunday January 17, 2016
Chin Up Ladders - 2,2,3 (reps)
- 1,2,3 (reps)
Push Up Ladders - 5,6,6 (reps) STILL HARD
- 5,5,5 (reps)

Notes
- Push Up ladders were more difficult than I originally thought. Will be starting with 2 ladders of 5,5,5 in Week 2.
