Blasting and cruising. I like it. I think I much prefer the GSLP set up.

Cheers for the input again

Squat 105kg - 5 5 6
CGBP 65kg - 5 5 8
Curl 26.25kg - 11 10

Squat felt heavy in the first set. But I focussed and maintained some of my best form for a while. I just told myself keep the bar straight up and straight down. Hit 6 on last and quit for safety.

Bench felt good.

Maybe I need to work on sorting my scaffolding rack so that I can bench with a normal grip instead of close grip. Maybe all the heavier focus on tris is part of the issue. Can't hurt to try.

Or I'm thinking about giving Fat Gripz (honemade of course) a try. They're a recommended accessory for elbow pain.

In fact, there's a plan right there. Continue with the GSLP. Switch to normal benching if possible with a slight reset to 'get into it'. If it's still starts aching try a fat grip lifting approach and see what happens.

Obviously everytime it aches bad I'll reset and not push as intense, just let the weights creep back up, as suggested.

Could of possibly got more on curls but wary of the elbow. So stopped at 10. I'd love one of those funky bars for curls instead of a straight barbell but ah well
