Some good, some bad today:

DB Pullovers: 90 - 11, 10
V-Handle Pulldowns: 210 - 7*, 170 - 11
Bent over Row: 185 - 7
Deadlift: 345 - 4. Uch. Think I'm going to switch to 3+ on this just because I want to keep the ball rolling.
G-Row: 75 LB DB - 5, 4 (think I got a free vasectomy from the GHD today...)

Seated Dumbell Press w 70s: 10, 4 (shoulder was bothering me so I didn't push it--besides, had a good day on incline)
Squat: 11 @ 285

Bent over Rows: 7@200
Deadlift: 4 @ 365 (switching over to the powerlifting rep range--I want to push weight here)
G-Row w/80 LB DBs: 5, 4* Three fails in a row here, but at least I made the full 60 Meter farmers walk back to the rack unbroken.

Mediocre day today (could be the onset of Ketosis):

Incline: 7 @ 240, 8 @ 205
Seated DB Press @ 70: 12, 3 (thought I had it...)
Squat: 9 @ 305 (probably should have had 10, but didn't go for it. Rep #9 was probably an 8/10 in terms of difficulty).
