Backsquat - 300: 5, 5, 11 (I'll take it--definitely didn't have 12 in the tank)

warmup

Close Grip Bench: 245 - 5, 5, 3 (will take a stab at this one again Friday)
Curls (during bench); 60 - 15, 10
Close grip inlcine pushups: 4, 4
Squat: 275 - 5, 5, 5

Burpee Interval Workout: 10, 10, 10

Bent Over Row - 8 @ 165
DL - 6 @ 315
Burpee Intervals (0:57 timer with 1:00 rest) - 19, 19, 19
G - Row - 5x2 with 50 LB DBs

Med/Close Grip Incline: 9 @ 205, 6 @ 185 (shoulder was fucking with me so I backed off that set)

Seated Incline DB Press: 10, 11 @ 65

Squat: 7 @ 300 (it's getting there, hoping to be up to 10 by 310).

No time for burpees today...

DB Rows: 12 L/R @ 65, 12 L/R @ 65
Rack Pull: 8 @ 405, 20 @ 345
G-Row: 5 w/ 55 Lb DBs, 5 w/ 55 LB DBs.

No burpees today because I wanted to take my time and really dial in my rack pulls.
