FM Pushups - 25x3
Incline Bench - 187x5,5,9
Sumo Deadlift - 315x3 *first time, felt not too bad
Chin Ladder - 2x6
Neck Harness - 55x19x4
Burpees - 12x3
*back was sore all day today

Chin Ladder - 3,3,2,2,1,1 plus a couple of pull ups
Neck Harness - 55x19x4
Burpees - 13x3
