*not sure what happened with bench, maybe tired from yesterday, stopped squat there cause a little sore in my back

*got my Yohimbine, first day at 5mg, tweaked back at work lifting a bag of grain

Monday Apr-15-12

Fasted Walk - 60 min
FM Chins - 3x5
FM Pushups - 25x5
Dislocates - 50x3
Bench - 230x5,5,6 *I am terribly at benching, everything hurts, ended up going super close grip but was hard, I was at 295x5 a year ago before I hurt my shoulder the first time
Interval Runs - 3 min x 4 @ 7.4

Tuesday Apr-15-12

BW - 247.0 *at least the weight is still dropping, even if it is mostly muscle I'm losing

*acupuncture again today, feeling pretty stiff, but have the go ahead from the terrible physio to start training again at lightweights, as long as I never ever deadlift again

*some pain in the front of my right shin, shin splints maybe starting? didn't walk tonight

Thursday Apr-19-12

Fasted Walk - 60 min
FM Chins - 3x5
FM Pushups - 25x5
Dislocates - 50x2
Press - 167x4, 145x5,9 *another reset well shy of my last
Deadlift - 315x5 *here we go, at least starting this low in weight I can slowly work my grip back up double overhand
Burpees - 10x3
*shin still sore so didnt run or walk tonight again, but started burpees again and they felt good, losing weight makes a huge difference

Burpees 12x3
Close Grip Bench - 232x5,5,7
*saw the physio I've been waiting forever for, he says I've herniated a disc in my back and says no squatting or deadlifting for at least a month, once again a new physio a new diagnosis but the things this guy was saying to me made way more sense, I'm taking a step back the next two weeks, shin splints still bad

Monday Apr-30-12

Fasted Walk - 40 min *shins much better but still sore
FM Chins - 2x5
FM Pushups - 20x4
Dislocates - 50x1
*took a week off of everything to heal up, will walk and FM this week and then add in lifting and conditioning next week, easing back into everything

Tuesday May-1-12

Fasted Walk - 40 min *shins still sore
FM Chins - 2x5
FM Pushups - 20x4
Dislocates - 50x1

Wednesday May-2-12

Fasted Walk - 50 min
FM Chins - 2x6

Inc Bench - 185x5,5,8 *pain free!
Fr Squat - 185x5x2, 225x3 *no back pain!
Neck Harness - 55x17x4
Chin Ladder - 2x4
*first time ever doing inc barbell bench and front squats, mixing things up to relieve injuries and try to get training again, worked up to moderately hard sets but without pain, thank you JP and GSLP 2nd ED, it has definitely been a long time since I've squatted, not so strong at all, I'll be feeling this the next couple days!
