Bench - 230x5,5,6 *I am terribly at benching, everything hurts, ended up going super close grip but was hard, I was at 295x5 a year ago before I hurt my shoulder the first time

BW - 247.0 *at least the weight is still dropping, even if it is mostly muscle I'm losing

*acupuncture again today, feeling pretty stiff, but have the go ahead from the terrible physio to start training again at lightweights, as long as I never ever deadlift again
