*After I hurt my back this was a strange week, did not a thing on Tuesday, a 30 min fasted walk and 2 chins on Wednesday, nothing on Thursday, I cut back my carb intake a little to compensate for the lack of activity, I just cut carbs from my 6ish meal*
*Also had a ton of family in town all weekend, St Pats is big in my family so celebrations went Fri-Sun and diet went out the window as a result*
