Evening Walk - 60 min

Monday Feb-27-12

Fasted Walk - 60 min
FM Shoulder Dislocates - 32x5
FM Pushups - 15x5
FM Chins - 1x8
Press - 185x5x3
Squat - 380x3,3,2
Neck Harness - 55x18x4
Evening Walk - 60 min
*Back still not right with squat so didnt push it, very stiff after so no burpees and walked instead of intervals

Tuesday Feb-28-12

Fasted Walk - 60 min
Burpees - 13x3
Interval Runs - 3 min x 4 @ 6.5
FM Shoulder Dislocates - 32x5
FM Chins - 1x8
FM Pushups - 15x5
*back super stiff this morning, feeling a little better by evening, not sure if I should deadlift tomorrow

Wednesday Feb-29-12

Fasted Walk - 60 min (poop break at 52m)
Burpees - 14x3
Interval Runs - 3 min x 4 @ 6.7
FM Shoulder Dislocates - 32x5
FM Chins - 1x8
FM Pushups - 15x5
Bench - 235x5,5,8 (have narrowed my grip by about an inch each hand to try and avoid more shoulder pain)
Neck Harness - 55x15,12,9,14 (using new Wendler inspired technique makes it way harder)
Dumbell Rows - 57.5x10x2
*didn't deadlift, giving my back a break for a few weeks I think

*My Wendler neck is killing me

Squat - worked up to 185x1 before the back bothered me

*Had to work tonight so no lifting, have started stretching my hamstrings and really seems to be helping my back

Oh yeah, BW was 260.0 this morning. My goal when I started in October was 265 by May. I can't say thank you enough to JP and everyone here for doing what they do.

Evening Walk - 90 min
Bench - 245x5,5,8
Squat - 365x5
*Hurt my back again unracking second set, thought I was being conservative at 365, actually squatting felt good but the slight bend to get the bar off the pins is painful, have a massage scheduled Friday, I'm getting really frustrated, didn't burpees or run or pushups or harness after as a result
