Front Squat - 205x5x3 *back did not like these at all

Tuesday June-5-12

Fasted Walk - 60 min
*back was hurting, I was miserable, I ate cookies all evening, pretty sad

Wednesday June-6-12

Fasted Walk - 50 min
Evening Walk - 90 min
*realised I am not going to be playing rugby this year, so I have accepted the fact that my back is really hurt and from now on will not do anything that hurts it until it is healed, using training ideas from Steels threads
