Neck harness 24kgx45x1, 24kgx35x1, 24kgx30x1

Last week was deload week. Trained twice, doing fun stuff. Otherwise lots of gardening, digging something like 150 m of trenches. Hard work!

Squat form was great, every rep controlled and tight. Wished I would have pushed it to 20 reps.

Pretty happy with this session. Things are moving in the right direction. Gained a rep on the BP; increased intensity on the squats, decided I will move bigger weights on training day 2; still had a couple more reps in the tank for the BB rows (must come from all the pull ups I'm doing).

DL 112.5kgx5x1, 130kgx5x1, 145kgx8+3x1

10th rep on the OHP was hanging there halfway up, couldn't lock it out, daughter was chatting to me during the set, had to rack the bar and pushed another one out.

Training tips from my 4-year old daughter who was working out with me today: You have to eat more and rest more!

80% session, could have, should have been better with the squats. Not enough time, in and out in 30 mins. Too much food too close to the work-out, as expected not a good idea.

BP slowly improving 1 rep at a time; 3rd set for squats was the best, gotta focus on staying tight.

I guess this session counts as a +10%.

My new discovery, listened to "Celestial lineage" while driving home, that was a surreal experience:

High Pulls 100kgx7x3

80% session. Lost three reps on the top set of the OHP compared to the last time I did this weight. Gained a rep on the DL compared to the last time I did this weight.

Currently doing 4 set of 11 reps for pull-ups, 4 sets of 38 reps for push-ups daily.

Sitting at 100 kg at the moment.

Becoming fast a big fan of this:

Loosing strength on the OHP. Not making progress on the DL. Too few calories and protein I guess. Down to 99.9kg.

This concludes cycle 3.

Now 1 week vacation, will take a kettlebell with me. Then two weeks at home and another week vacation. Not sure how to fit cycle 4 into this.
