last two weeks I'm not counting, broke my flat bench so I got all weird and started looking at dif routines, bla bla bla I fucked around doing stupid workouts that didn't get me anywhere. Back to the villains now.

Was having a shitty workout so I said fuck it and just did a huge reset and squatted and left.

No more messing around, got my squat on straight again with some full parallel action and coming back to the weights hard.

Press - Reset to 95 x 5 x 2 , 95 x 10

Weighted Chins - 8 , 8 @ 25lbs

Squat - 200 x 5 x 2 , 200 x 10

Neck Harness - 4 x 25 @ 55lbs

Ross Training Core Circuit from II

Burpees - 3 x 10

Been staying in the weight room, I scatter brained for awhile and lost many of my good lp gains. Since the new year and my form check video that JP ok'd my squat form I had returned to the lp and got my numbers back. I've been keeping a log on another site but its not the coolest community so I'm moving back here. Been working in the lp and for a change from the last few months I'm currently doing the bringing up the back to take a break from squats.

Numbers are sitting at (either 1rm or 5rm not 3x5)
Squat - 315 x 1
Bench - 205 x 5
Press - 135 x 5
Deadlift - 285 x 5

For this week its been
4/16
DB pullovers - 10 , 10 @ 60lbs
Narrow grip chins - 7 @ BW+25lbs , 10 @ BW
Bent over Rows - 8 @ 155lbs
Deadlifts - 255 x 8
Pull thrus supersetted with facepulls since I don't have ghr in garage both 2 x 5 /w 3 sec pause at top

4/18
Incline Bench - 4 @ 175lbs , 12 @ 135lbs (wrong rep range first set meant 6-8)
DB Seated press - 10 , 10 @ 40lbs
Squat - 245 x 6 , 275 x 3 (hit the 275 just to try it was feeling good)
Neck Harness - 4 x 25 @ 10lbs
Atomic situps - 2 x 20
